5/6″ K Jr. Ironman Combo Gutter Machine
The KWM IronMan 5″ & 6″ K Junior Combo Gutter Machine gives you the flexibility to produce both 5″ and 6″ K-style gutters with a single machine. It’s designed for reliable performance, easy operation, and consistent results on the job.
Like other KWM IronMan gutter machines, the K Junior Combo features a durable polyurethane drive system and chrome-plated steel forming rollers. The polyurethane drive system eliminates the need to load the coil before transporting the machine, helping reduce material waste. It also helps prevent slippage caused by cold weather and condensation, keeping production running smoothly in changing conditions.

5″ / 6″ Combo IronMan Jr. vs. 5″ / 6″ Combo IronMan
What’s the Difference?
The IronMan Jr. and Regular IronMan are both designed to produce 5″ and 6″ K-style gutters, but there are some important differences in size, weight, and material capabilities.
Size & Weight
| Specification | IronMan Jr. | Regular IronMan |
|---|---|---|
| Weight | 1,127 lbs. | 1,400 lbs. |
| Length | 110″ | 122″ |
| Height | 48″ | 48″ |
| Width | 30.5″ | 24″ |
Material Capabilities
The biggest difference between the two machines is the range of steel they can run.
-
IronMan Jr.: Does not run 26-gauge or 24-gauge steel. It is designed for aluminum and copper.
-
Regular IronMan: Can run both 26-gauge and 24-gauge steel, in addition to other recommended materials.
If you regularly work with steel gutter material, the Regular IronMan provides the broader material capability. If you primarily work with aluminum and copper and want a more compact machine, the IronMan Jr. may better suit your setup.
